Welcome to Bridge Ark Group Ltd (“Bridge Ark”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, frameworks, assessments, and all related materials (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or purchasing the Bridge Ark Exit Clarity Method™ Session, or any related advisory offering, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Bridge Ark™ is not a business brokerage, does not list businesses for sale, and does not market companies on behalf of sellers. We work privately and directly with business owners through our proprietary Bridge Ark Exit Clarity Method™, supporting decision-making before any commitments are made.

2. Who We Work With

Bridge Ark™ works exclusively with:

  • Private business owners considering an exit, transition, reinvention, or succession.
  • Founders seeking clarity before engaging advisors, brokers, or acquirers.
  • Owners who want strategic, psychological, and operational insight prior to making high-stakes decisions.

We reserve the right to decline engagements that are not aligned with our standards, methodology, or capacity.

If you are currently represented by a broker, adviser, or intermediary, you confirm that engaging with Bridge Ark™ does not breach any existing contractual obligations.

3. Nature of Our Services

Bridge Ark™ provides:

3.2 Consulting for Equity (Optional)

For businesses we accept into deeper work, Bridge Ark™ may (not guaranteed):

  • Support operational transformation
  • Provide strategic advisory
  • Consider equity participation or future partnership

Terms for these engagements are customised, negotiated separately, and not governed by this document.

3.3 No Brokerage Services

Bridge Ark™ does not:

  • List, market, broker, advertise, or transact businesses
  • Represent buyers or sellers in negotiation as a broker
  • Charge commissions or percentage-based success fees

Any future acquisition conversations are subject to separate documentation and due diligence.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Bridge Ark Exit Clarity Method™ Session Fee

The fee for the proprietary Bridge Ark Exit Clarity Method™ Session is £8,500 GBP plus VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Requirement

Full payment is required before a session date is confirmed.

Your booking is not secured until payment is successfully processed.

4.3 No Refund Policy

Due to the depth, preparation, and proprietary nature of our frameworks:

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • If you need to change your session date, we may allow a reschedule with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
  • Failure to attend your session without notice is treated as a completed engagement.

This protects availability for owners on our waiting list.

5. Intellectual Property

All Bridge Ark materials, including but not limited to:

  • Bridge Ark Exit Clarity Method™
  • Founder Psychology Compass™
  • Burnout Breakthrough Map™
  • Identity Reinvention Compass™
  • Regret Prevention Blueprint™
  • Four Arks™
  • Strategy documents, PDFs, worksheets, scripts, branding, and marketing assets

…remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bridge Ark Group Ltd.

You agree not to replicate, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, commercialise, or share any materials without written permission.

Violation may result in legal action.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 What We Protect

Bridge Ark™ maintains strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Business information
  • Financial data
  • Personal circumstances
  • Documents shared in preparation for the session
  • Exit intentions
  • Strategic plans
  • Operating details

6.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Disclose Bridge Ark™ methodologies
  • Share proprietary materials
  • Represent Bridge Ark™ frameworks as your own
  • Publicly publish or summarise the engagement without consent

Confidentiality is mutual.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

While Bridge Ark™ delivers high-level strategic guidance, you acknowledge that:

  • We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes
  • We do not guarantee a successful business sale
  • We do not verify financial records provided by you
  • You remain fully responsible for your decisions
  • No fiduciary relationship is formed
  • Engagements are advisory in nature

Your business outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, operational execution, and third-party actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • Bridge Ark™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • Any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
  • Bridge Ark™ is not responsible for decisions you make following the session.
  • Professional, legal, tax, or financial advice should be sought independently.

9. Eligibility & Compliance

You confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorised representative of the business.
  • Engaging Bridge Ark™ does not breach any agreements.
  • You provide truthful, accurate information during the engagement.
  • You comply with all relevant UK laws and regulations.

10. Use of Website & Content

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or extract data
  • Reproduce content for commercial use
  • Impersonate Bridge Ark™ or misrepresent affiliation
  • Interfere with site functionality or security

Breach may result in restricted access.

11. Session Preparation Requirements

Owners must complete:

  • The Bridge Ark™ Application Form
  • Provide requested documents when appropriate
  • Attend the session prepared and without distractions

Failure to provide information may limit the depth of analysis.

12. Broker Representation

If you are represented by a broker:

  • You agree to inform Bridge Ark™ during intake.
  • Bridge Ark™ does not replace your broker’s role.
  • Fees payable to your broker remain your full responsibility.

Bridge Ark™ does not interfere with existing brokerage agreements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
